With the State Legislative Assembly elections scheduled for February 4, the model code of conduct came into force with effect from January 5. As per an order issued to all Nightclubs, bars, pubs, shacks or any establishment serving or selling liquor in Goa to shut shop everyday by 11 pm with immediate effect till the model code of conduct is in force.
